Douglas W. Phillips is a Calvinist Christian speaker and author. He is the son of U.S. Constitution Party leader Howard Phillips and president of Vision Forum Ministries. He advocates Biblical patriarchy, creationism, homeschooling, Quiverfull and Family Integrated Church. Doug and his wife Beall have eight children. He has been called "one of the most influential proponents of the conservative Christian patriarchy movement now flourishing among homeschoolers." Phillips is also the pastor of Boerne Christian Assembly in San Antonio.
