Kampochora (Καμπόχωρα) is a municipality in the island and prefecture of Chios, Greece. It is located in the south-central part of the island and is the only landlocked municipality in Chios. It has a land area of 50.571 km². Its population was 3,154 at the 2001 census. The seat of the municipality is in Chalkeio (pop. 867). Other large towns include Ágios Geórgios Sykoúsis (778), Dafnón (408), and Vasileónoikon (392).
