乳房の小葉に異常な細胞が認められる状態。lcisが浸潤がんになることはめったにないが、乳房内にあると、左右どちらかの乳房における乳がんの発生リスクが高くなる。「lobular carcinoma in situ（上皮内小葉がん）」とも呼ばれる。
