引用: Oncom pronounced /ɒnˈtʃɒm/ is one of the traditional staple foods of West Javan (Sundanese) cuisine. There are two kinds of oncom: red oncom and black oncom. Oncom is closely related to tempeh; both are foods fermented using mold.
