ウィキペディア英語版からの引用

引用: The Wuffingas were the ruling dynasty of the East Anglia, the long-lived Anglo-Saxon Kingdom which today includes the English counties of Norfolk and Suffolk. They took their name from Wuffa, an early East Anglian king. Nothing is known of Wuffa or the other earlier members of his dynasty, up to Rædwald (ruled c. 599 – c. 624), the first king of which more that a name is known. Viking invasions of the ninth century destroyed the monasteries in East Anglia where many documents relating to the rule of the Wuffings would have been kept.
