乳がんの治療に用いられるある併用化学療法の略称。具体的には、まず塩酸ドキソルビシン（adriamycin）とシクロホスファミドが投与され、続いてパクリタキセル（taxol）とトラスツズマブ（herceptin）を用いた治療が行われる。「ac-t-t regimen（ac-t-tレジメン）」、「ac-th regimen（ac-thレジメン）」、「sequential ac/taxol-trastuzumab regimen（逐次ac/taxol-trastuzumabレジメン）」とも呼ばれる。
