Dugpas (also called members of The Drukpa Church of Bhutan, or the Red Cap sect) are a group of mainly Eastern Tibetan monks, or sorcerers, focusing principally on the left-hand path traditions and various Tantric practices of Buddhism. They became active in the fourteenth century, and were considered hedonists by many.
