Holly J. Mitchell is an American politician currently serving in the California State Assembly. She is a Democrat representing the 47th district, encompassing parts of Los Angeles. Prior to being elected to the state assembly, she served for seven years as executive director of the non-profit Crystal Stairs, one of the largest childcare agencies in the state. She is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside.
