Ottestad is a village in the county of Hedmark, Norway. It is located in the municipality of Stange, and is adjacent to Hamar. The densely populated northern parts of Ottestad constitute one of the suburbs of Hamar. About 6.000 people live in Ottestad, which is approximately one third of the total population of Stange.
