Thomas Morris (December 9, 1861 – September 17, 1928) was Lieutenant Governor of the U.S. state of Wisconsin from 1911 until 1915. He was born in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec, St. Arnold Parish, Quebec. Morris settled in La Crosse, Wisconsin, where, he was a barber. Thomas Morris went to law school in Madison, Wisconsin, and returned to La Crosse, where he practice law. He married Lillian L. Pendleton and had nine children.
