引用: Thwing (pronounced /ˈtwɪŋ/) is a small village in the Yorkshire Wolds, in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is situated approximately 8 miles (13 km) from the east coast, just north of the B1253 road. The nearest neighbouring towns are Driffield 8 miles (13 km) to the south, Bridlington 8 miles (13 km) to the east, Filey 8 miles (13 km) to the north east and Scarborough 11 miles (18 km) to the north. It forms part of the civil parish of Thwing and Octon.
