Tresillo (capital: Ꜫ, small: ꜫ) (Spanish for "little three") is a letter of the Latin alphabet, based on the numeral 3. It was invented by Jesuit missionaries in the 16th century in order to represent the uvular ejective consonant /qʼ/ found in Mayan languages.
