＜前へ 1 2 3 4 5 6 7- When Financial Instruments Business Operators have announced plans to integrate computer systems as part of planned mergers and other management restructuring moves, they shall be required, as necessary, to submit specific plans for smoothly implementing the system integration, including the schedules and timetables, and documents regarding the internal control environment for managing information technology risk (including internal audits) and other matters, as well as to continue periodically submitting reports based on Article 56-2(1) of the FIEA until the integration is completed.
金融商品取引業者が、合併等の経営再編に伴いシステム統合等を公表したとき、又はシステム統合等を公表した場合には、必要に応じて、システム統合に向けたスケジュール等及びその進捗状況について、システム統合等を円滑に実施するための具体的な計画、システム統合リスクに係る内部管理態勢（内部監査を含む。）、その他の事項について資料の提出を求めるとともに、合併等の公表後から当該システム統合完了までの間、金商法第56条の２第１項の規定に基づく報告を定期的に求めるものとする。 - 金融庁
