第七十六条 新法第百九十二条第一項及び第二項の規定は、施行日前に生じた事項についても適用する。この場合における同項の規定の適用については、施行日前にされた旧外国保険事業者法第七条第一項の届出及び公告は、新法第百九十二条第二項の告示とみなす。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - (2) Where any notification and public notice were given under Article 22, paragraph (3) of the Former Foreign Insurance Business Operators Act before the Effective Date pertaining to a disposition under paragraph (1) of that Article, a disposition corresponding to such disposition may be taken under Article 205 of the Current Act by continuing the procedure as prescribed in Article 22, paragraph (4) of the Former Foreign Insurance Business Operators Act on and after the Effective Date.

２ 市町村は、保険給付に係る指定介護福祉施設サービス又は第二十八条第五項の規定により委託した調査を行った指定介護老人福祉施設について、前項各号のいずれかに該当すると認めるときは、その旨を当該指定介護老人福祉施設の所在地の都道府県知事に通知しなければならない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - (5) With regard to a Long-Term Care Health Facility that provides Long-Term Care Health Facility Service pertaining to an Insurance Benefit, a Municipality, when it is determined that said Long-Term Care Health Facility does not conform with standards concerning facilities and management of a Long-Term Care Health Facility as prescribed in Article 97, paragraph (3), shall provide notification of said fact to the prefectural governor that governs the location of said Long-Term Care Health Facility.
５ 市町村は、保険給付に係る介護保健施設サービスを行った介護老人保健施設について、第九十七条第三項に規定する介護老人保健施設の設備及び運営に関する基準に適合しなくなったと認めるときは、その旨を当該介護老人保健施設の所在地の都道府県知事に通知しなければならない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - (2) With regard to a Designated Medical Long-Term Care Sanatorium that conducts an entrusted investigation pursuant to the provisions of Article 28, paragraph (5), a Municipality, when it determines said Designated Medical Long-Term Care Sanatorium corresponds to any provision of the items in the preceding paragraph, shall provide notification of said fact to the prefectural governor that governs the location of said Designated Medical Long-Term Care Sanatorium.

６ 市町村は、同一の特別徴収対象被保険者について前条第一項から第六項までの規定による通知に係る老齢等年金給付（以下「特別徴収対象年金給付」という。）が二以上ある場合においては、政令で定めるところにより一の特別徴収対象年金給付について保険料を徴収させるものとする。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - ii) If a request has been made pursuant to Paragraph (1) of the preceding article, and a decision has been issued pursuant to Paragraph (3) of that article, then notification shall be made without delay concerning the matters pertaining to the report.
