４ 第三十一条第一項の認定を受けた自動車製造業者等は、同項の規定により解体自動車の全部再資源化の実施を委託した解体業者又は破砕業者（以下この条において「委託解体業者等」という。）が解体自動車全部利用者に当該解体自動車を引き渡したときは、主務省令で定めるところにより、第七十三条第一項から第三項までの規定により預託された再資源化等預託金のうち当該解体自動車に係る第三十四条第一項第一号に定める料金に相当するものについて、資金管理法人に対し、その払渡しを請求することができる。この場合において、当該請求を行う自動車製造業者等は、資金管理法人に対して、情報管理センターが第八十五条第三項の規定による請求を受けて交付する同条第一項に規定する書類等であって委託解体業者等が解体自動車全部利用者に当該解体自動車を確実に引き渡したことを証する事項が記載され、又は記録されたものを提出しなければならない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
