  • When a rotor is in a stationary state, short pulse currents, which do not rotate the rotor, are made to flow from one stator winding to two stator windings respectively, and the stationary position of the rotor is identified according to a difference in kick back time which is produced by a difference in inductance changed delicately by the difference in the stationary position of the rotor.
