３ 調査機関は、電子公告調査の求めに係る電子公告による公告の公告期間中に、調査委託者から、当該調査機関が業務規程で定めるところにより、第一項に規定する事項のいずれかを変更する旨の通知があった場合には、法務大臣に対し、速やかに、当該通知に係る変更の時期及び内容を情報通信技術利用法第三条第一項に規定する電子情報処理組織を使用して報告しなければならない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - (3) Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, the affairs to be handled by means of an electronic data processing system by each registry office which is subject to the designation made under Article 151-2, paragraph (1) of the Former Act at the time of the enforcement of this Act shall be deemed to have been designated under the provision of paragraph (1) as of the date of enforcement of this Act.

四 前項の電磁的記録に記録された事項を電磁的方法（電子情報処理組織を使用する方法その他の情報通信の技術を利用する方法であって内閣府令で定めるものをいう。以下同じ。）であって株式会社の定めたものにより提供することの請求又はその事項を記載した書面の交付の請求 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - Article 70-19 (1) Notices of measures as prescribed in item 7 of Article 2 of the Act on Utilization of Information and Communications Technology in Administrative Procedure (Act No. 151 of 2002),which are to be made by service of documents pursuant to the provisions of this Act and the Rules of the Fair Trade Commission, may not be made using an electronic data processing system ("electronic data processing system" as prescribed in paragraph 1 of Article 4 of the Act on Utilization of Information and Communications Technology in Administrative Procedure; hereinafter the same shall apply in this Article) if the recipient of the said notice of measure has given no indication via the method stipulated in the Rules of the Fair Trade Commission of receiving the service, notwithstanding the provisions of that Article.
第七十条の十九 行政手続等における情報通信の技術の利用に関する法律（平成十四年法律第百五十一号）第二条第七号に規定する処分通知等であつて、この法律又は公正取引委員会規則の規定により書類の送達により行うこととしているものについては、行政手続等における情報通信の技術の利用に関する法律第四条第一項の規定にかかわらず、当該処分通知等の相手方が送達を受ける旨の公正取引委員会規則で定める方式による表示をしないときは、電子情報処理組織（同項に規定する電子情報処理組織をいう。以下この条において同じ。）を使用して行うことができない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
