In this case, the explanatory documents set forth in the same paragraph shall be deemed to have been kept and made available for public inspection pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph.
３ 第一項に規定する説明書類が電磁的記録をもつて作成されているときは、公認会計士の事務所において当該説明書類の内容である情報を電磁的方法（電子情報処理組織を使用する方法であつて内閣府令で定めるものをいう。以下同じ。）により不特定多数の者が提供を受けることができる状態に置く措置として内閣府令で定めるものをとることができる。この場合においては、同項の説明書類を、同項の規定により備え置き、公衆の縦覧に供したものとみなす。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - Article 34-57 (1) A notice of disposition, etc. prescribed in Article 2(vii) of the Act on Use of Information and Communications Technology in Administrative Procedures, etc. (Act No. 151 of 2002) that is to be given by serving documents pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter or Cabinet Office Ordinance may not be given by using an electronic data processing system unless the recipient of said notice of disposition, etc. indicates by a method specified by Cabinet Office Ordinance to the effect that he/she will receive the service, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 4(1) of the same Act.

２ 前項の登録手数料は、国に納める場合にあつては、登録申請書に、登録手数料の金額に相当する額の収入印紙をはつて納めなければならない。ただし、行政手続等における情報通信の技術の利用に関する法律（平成十四年法律第百五十一号）第三条第一項の規定により同項に規定する電子情報処理組織を使用して登録の申請をするときは、主務省令で定めるところにより、現金をもつて納めることができる。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - (5) Any person who files an application as prescribed in the preceding paragraph may, in lieu of delivering documents as prescribed in that paragraph, provide the matters to be stated in the documents set forth in the preceding paragraph by Electromagnetic Means (meaning the means of using an electronic data processing system and other means of using an information and communications technology as specified by a Cabinet Office Ordinance; hereinafter the same shall apply except in Article 186-2, paragraph (1), item (iii)) with the consent of the organizer(s), pursuant to the provisions of a Cabinet Order. In this case, the person who filed such application shall be deemed to have delivered the documents under the preceding paragraph.
５ 前項の申込みをする者は、同項の書面の交付に代えて、政令で定めるところにより、設立企画人の承諾を得て、同項の書面に記載すべき事項を電磁的方法（電子情報処理組織を使用する方法その他の情報通信の技術を利用する方法であつて内閣府令で定めるものをいう。第百八十六条の二第一項第三号を除き、以下同じ。）により提供することができる。この場合において、当該申込みをした者は、前項の書面を交付したものとみなす。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - (36) The specified book-entry transfer institution, etc. set forth in paragraph (31) as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to the preceding paragraph shall, where it has received the notice pursuant to the provisions of Article 5-2(16)(iii) of the Act by the means prescribed in paragraph (34), preserve the document or microfilm produced by outputting the matters contained in the said notice using input-output devices of an electronic data processing system prescribed in said paragraph (limited to those specified by an Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance), pursuant to the provisions of an Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance.
３６ 前項において準用する第三十一項の特定振替機関等は、その受けた法第五条の二第十六項第三号の規定による通知が第三十四項に規定する方法で行われた場合には、財務省令で定めるところにより、当該通知がされた事項を同項に規定する電子情報処理組織に係る入出力装置（財務省令で定めるものに限る。）を用いて出力することにより作成した書面又はマイクロフィルムにより保存しなければならない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - (2) In the case referred to in item (i) of the preceding paragraph, an Insurance Company, etc. or Foreign Insurance Company, etc. may, in lieu of issuing of the document set forth in that item, provide the matters to be described in the document by a method using an electronic data processing system or any other method using information and communication technology to be specified by a Cabinet Office Ordinance, pursuant to the provisions of a Cabinet Order and with the approval of the Applicant, etc. In this case, the Insurance Company, etc. or Foreign Insurance Company, etc. shall be deemed to have issued that document.
２ 前項第一号の場合において、保険会社等又は外国保険会社等は、同号の規定による書面の交付に代えて、政令で定めるところにより、当該申込者等の承諾を得て、当該書面に記載すべき事項を電子情報処理組織を使用する方法その他の情報通信の技術を利用する方法であって内閣府令で定めるものにより提供することができる。この場合において、当該保険会社等又は外国保険会社等は、当該書面を交付したものとみなす。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - (3) A person who files the application set forth in the preceding paragraph may, in lieu of delivering the document set forth in that paragraph, provide the matters to be stated in the document set forth in that paragraph by Electromagnetic Means (meaning a means that uses an electronic data processing system or a means utilizing any other information and communications technology, which is specified by a Cabinet Office Ordinance; hereinafter the same shall apply except in Article 194(1)(iii)) with the consent of the Specific Purpose Company, pursuant to the provisions of a Cabinet Order. In this case, said person who files the application shall be deemed to have delivered the document under the preceding paragraph.
３ 前項の申込みをする者は、同項の書面の交付に代えて、政令で定めるところにより、特定目的会社の承諾を得て、同項の書面に記載すべき事項を電磁的方法（電子情報処理組織を使用する方法その他の情報通信の技術を利用する方法であって内閣府令で定めるものをいう。第百九十四条第一項第三号を除き、以下同じ。）により提供することができる。この場合において、当該申込みをする者は、前項の書面を交付したものとみなす。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - Article 61-3 (1) The following applications, etc. prescribed in Article 2, item (vi) of the Act on the Utilization of Information and Communications Technology in Administrative Procedures (Act No. 151 of 2002; hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the Utilization of Information and Communications Technology") pursuant to the provisions of the Immigration Control Act and this Ordinance, in addition to those provided for in other laws and regulations, may be filed using an electronic data processing system (prescribed in Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Utilization of Information and Communications Technology in Administrative Procedures; the same shall apply hereinafter):

４ 会員商品取引所の会員になろうとする者は、前項の書面の交付に代えて、政令で定めるところにより、発起人の承諾を得て、同項の書面に記載すべき事項を電磁的方法（電子情報処理組織を使用する方法その他の情報通信の技術を利用する方法であつて主務省令で定めるものをいう。以下同じ。）により提供することができる。この場合において、当該会員になろうとする者は、同項の書面を交付したものとみなす。 - 経済産業省 - In the case where a person pays a registration fee set forth in the preceding paragraph to the national government, he/she shall pay it attaching a revenue stamp of the amount equivalent to the registration fee; provided, however, that in the case where a person applies for registration by a method using an electronic data processing system prescribed in Article 3, paragraph 1 of the Act Concerning Utilization of Information Communications Technology in Administrative Procedures, etc. (Act No. 151 of 2002) pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph, he/she may pay it in cash pursuant to the provisions of an ordinance of the competent ministry.

第百三十二条の十 民事訴訟に関する手続における申立てその他の申述（以下「申立て等」という。）のうち、当該申立て等に関するこの法律その他の法令の規定により書面等（書面、書類、文書、謄本、抄本、正本、副本、複本その他文字、図形等人の知覚によって認識することができる情報が記載された紙その他の有体物をいう。以下同じ。）をもってするものとされているものであって、最高裁判所の定める裁判所に対してするもの（当該裁判所の裁判長、受命裁判官、受託裁判官又は裁判所書記官に対してするものを含む。）については、当該法令の規定にかかわらず、最高裁判所規則で定めるところにより、電子情報処理組織（裁判所の使用に係る電子計算機（入出力装置を含む。以下同じ。）と申立て等をする者又は第三百九十九条第一項の規定による処分の告知を受ける者の使用に係る電子計算機とを電気通信回線で接続した電子情報処理組織をいう。第三百九十七条から第四百一条までにおいて同じ。）を用いてすることができる。ただし、督促手続に関する申立て等であって、支払督促の申立てが書面をもってされたものについては、この限りでない。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - (3) A Member, etc. may, in lieu of the written consent of a Customer, etc. under paragraph 1, obtain the consent of said Customer, etc. by a method using an electronic data processing system or a method using other information communications technology which are listed as follows (hereinafter referred to as an "Electromagnetic Device" in this Article) by obtaining an acceptance from said Customer, etc., pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 6. 第百五十五条 外国金融商品市場を開設する者は、第二十九条及び第八十条第一項の規定にかかわらず、内閣総理大臣の認可を受けて、その使用する電子情報処理組織と次に掲げる者の使用に係る入出力装置（以下「外国金融商品取引所入出力装置」という。）とを接続することにより、これらの者に外国金融商品取引所入出力装置を使用して外国金融商品市場における有価証券の売買及び外国市場デリバティブ取引（第二号に掲げる者にあつては登録金融機関業務に係る取引に限る。）を行わせることができる。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
