下水二次処理水を冷却用水として使用する冷却塔１０からの濃縮ブロー水に対し、混和槽１４、凝集槽１６、沈殿槽１８において、粉末活性炭、鉄系の無機凝集剤、ｐＨ調整剤、高分子凝集剤を注入し凝集沈殿する。 - 特許庁
