Both ministries may establish an effective mechanism to provide information necessary for those concerned in business promotion and activities in both countries in order to increase drastically the number of participants involved in trade and economic exchanges between the two countries to promote the participation of new business creation, such as small and medium enterprises and regional economic groups.
