Dihewyd is a parish in the county of Ceredigion, West Wales. It is 5 miles from Aberaeron and 8 miles (northwest by west) from Lampeter. This parish is situated near the pleasant Vale of Aëron and not far from the river Mydur; the scenery is beautifully diversified, and towards the vale becomes highly picturesque. There is also a school in the village called Ysgol Gynradd Dihewyd.
