Armida Technologies, Inc. is a wireless technology company based in San Antonio, Texas, USA, that develops IP (Internet Protocol) wireless networking equipment for the physical security industry. The technology is based on the IEEE WiFi standards 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g and 802.11n. The company has been independently selling the ArmidaWare^(TM) products since 2007. Armida's principal product is the SecurityController, which is an integrated wireless system that combines the functionality of an analog video encoder, an Ethernet switch, a wireless transceiver, and interfaces for serial security devices such as access control systems.
