Boddingtons Bitter ("Boddies") is a brand of bitter beer originally brewed in Manchester, England. It was promoted as The Cream of Manchester from the late 1980s until 2004, shortly before the Manchester brewery closed with production moving to Magor in South Wales and Salmesbury, Lancashire. Cask Boddingtons is now brewed under licence by Hydes Brewery in Moss Side, Manchester.
