Bryan Horrigan is an Australian researcher, consultant, commentator and professional speaker on specialised legal, business, and governmental topics. The recipient of a Rhodes Scholarship, Horrigan earned a D. Phil. in Law from University College, Oxford then became a professor at University of Canberra and Macquarie University. Horrigan has subsequently left Macquarie University. He has contributed a dozen papers to academic and professional publications and authored three books.
