Delbert Hosemann, Jr. (born June 30, 1947 in Vicksburg, Mississippi) is the Republican Secretary of State of Mississippi. Hosemann received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Notre Dame University in 1969. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi Law School in 1972. He completed his specialization in Taxation at New York University in 1973. Hosemann currently lives in Jackson, Mississippi and is a partner with Phelps Dunbar LLP.
