Everett V. "Cy" Bidwell (October 22, 1899 – January 7, 1991) was a Wisconsin politician who served as a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly and later Wisconsin Senate, serving the 27th Senate district of Wisconsin. A member of the Republican Party, he was defeated for reelection by future United States Senator Russell Feingold. While serving in the State Senate, Bidwell was the oldest serving legislator in the state. As a Wisconsin state senator, Bidwell served as the chairman of the Committee on industry, labor, taxation, and banking and the Senate Committee on Commerce during the 1970s.
