Quality3 is a privately owned LLC headquartered in Tampa, Florida. The company provides performance management services and solutions for the call center industry. In addition to using the traditional and classical approaches for measuring performance such as "balanced scorecard" the company has developed its own tools. In 2008, Quality3 developed an agent auditioning tool called "CLEAR Voice.", which is claimed to predict customer's perceptions created by the agents voice characteristics and vocal abilities. Additionally, the tool is claimed to represent "a stepwise, multivariate predictive model of perception," based on a Principal components analysis" (PCA)
