乳がんの治療に単独または他の治療法との併用で用いられるある併用化学療法の略称。他の種類のがんに対する治療薬としても研究されている。具体的には、シクロホスファミド、メトトレキサート、フルオロウラシルという薬物が使用される。「cmf」とも呼ばれる。
