引用: Gerry Matatics is a Catholic Sedevacantist (one who holds that the Chair of Peter is vacant, or to put it more bluntly, that at this point in time the Catholic Church does not have a validly elected pope). In his words, he teaches "consistent Catholicism", as opposed to "counterfeit Catholicism", which is how he terms the mainstream Catholics who hold that Benedict XVI is, in fact, a validly elected pope. Prior to his conversion to Catholicism he was an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). He used to work for Karl Keating, as part of his Catholic Answers apologist team.
