The PCL family of companies is the largest general contracting organization in Canada and the eighth largest in the US. The organization is active in the commercial, institutional, multi-family residential, heavy industrial and civil construction sectors. The company's North American Headquarters and Centennial Learning Centre is located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. In 2006, PCL opened its new Centennial Learning Centre, designed by the Canadian architectural firm Cohos Evamy, and built by PCL Construction Management Inc. (Edmonton).
