語源

Uncertain. Perhaps from Proto-West Germanic *tuskijō (literally “frog-catcher, frog-eater”), related to 古期英語 tosċa (“frog, toad”) (compare 古期英語 frysċa (“bittern”) from frosċ (“frog”)); or alternatively derived from Proto-West Germanic *tūsōn (“to ruffle”), related to 古期英語 tysse (“coarse cloth”).
