事実に反しているにも拘らず，ある製品に関し，それが出願若しくは付与された特許，又は登録された意匠の対象であると称して，展示し若しくは販売の申出をすること，又は広告若しくは営業用書類に，事実に反しているにも拘らず，当該製品について出願若しくは特許付与，又は登録付与が行われている旨，記載すること - 特許庁 - Article 33 An applicant may amend his patent application documents, provided that the amendment to the invention or utility model patent application documents does not exceed the scope specified in the original written descriptions and claims, or that the amendment to the design patent application documents does not exceed the scope shown in the original drawings or pictures.
