(4) 聴聞及び決定の過程で発出する命令は，聴聞の日に宣告する。宣告は，8日を超えない期間の延長をすることができる。ただし，決定に関する場合にのみ，かつ，事案の複雑さのためにそれが不可欠である場合にのみに限る。そのような場合は，宣告の期限を直ちに定めるものとし，その決定は宣告の日までに書面にする。 - 特許庁
