The Honorable Delbert C. Gee has been a judge of the Superior Court of California (USA) in Alameda County since 2002. He currently presides over criminal misdemeanor cases in Hayward. He was previously the supervising judge in Alameda handling criminal felony and misdemeanor cases and civil settlement conferences and motions, and served on the court's executive committee. He previously presided over felony, misdemeanor, and drug cases, and civil case management hearings and motions in Oakland, and juvenile dependency and delinquency cases in Hayward. He is one of seven Asian American Superior Court judges in Alameda County.
