Chith Vihar is the building that houses the Computer Science and Engineering Division of SASTRA, Tamil Nadu, India, and is the main computer hub of the SASTRA campus. The building (called Chith Vihar) occupies an area of 1871 square metres and houses a computer centre with over 300 computers. Microprocessor kits and the associated hardware are available in the Microprocessor Laboratory. The laboratory is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on all working days. The centre is open all the 24 hours on holidays. A 1 Mbit/s bandwidth internet line is available on a networked environment.
