Article 194 When the representative of juridical person, agents of juridical person or individuals, workers or other employees commit any of the violations specified in the preceding four Articles with regard to the business of the said juridical person or individual, not only the offender shall be punished but also the said juridical person or individual shall be punished by the fine prescribed in the respective Articles.
