The value of the output signal SUM is compared with the maximum value Max and the minimum value Min by a comparator 5, and when the value of the output signal SUM is smaller than the Min, and larger than the Max, the bit data to be outputted by the sigma/delta converter 1 are corrected so as to be not less than the Min, and not more than Max.
