(6) The provisions of paragraphs 4 to 6 inclusive of the preceding Article shall apply mutatis mutandis to the restriction of joint incorporation-type demergers and absorption-type demergers pertaining to the notification under paragraphs 2 and 3 (including the cases where they are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to the preceding paragraph after deemed replacement) and to the orders made by the Fair Trade Commission pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 17-2.
