A plurality of modules, where real-time property is required, are placed in the same process and, when message passing is performed between modules, a message broker for determining whether or not serialization and deserialization of message data are necessary is disposed in each process to speed up the message passing in the same process, and message reception which does not use a message queue is performed to allow synchronous processing of messages.
