(f)3日本国については、日本国の法令のうち次条１ からまでに掲げる日本国の年金制度に関するも(a)(i)(v)のによる保険料納付期間及び給付を受ける権利の確立に際して当該法令に基づき考慮されるその他の期間　。ただし、社会保障に関する他の協定であってこの協定と同種のものにより、当該法令による給付を受ける権利を確立するために考慮することとされた期間は、含めない　。ハンガリーについては、ハンガリーの法令による保険料納付期間及び保険料納付期間とみなされるその他のもの「給付」とは、次のものをいう　。 - 厚生労働省
