From wet + lease. The origin is uncertain, but it is widely believed that the term wet refers to the inclusion of fuel in the lease agreement.
名詞
- (aviation) An agreement in which an airplane, including crew, maintenance and insurance, is leased to another organisation, usually for a short period of time.
- Any similar arrangement for other types of equipment.
