Joseph Howard Berry, Jr. (December 31, 1894 - April 29, 1976, sometimes referred to as Howard Berry) was an All-American football halfback and Major League Baseball second baseman and pinch runner. He was an All-American halfback for the University of Pennsylvania in 1916 and 1917. He later played parts of two seasons in Major League Baseball, 1921 and 1922, for the New York Giants. During 1922, he appeared in six games, exclusively as a pinch runner.
