欧州特許庁の審判部が決定を下した後で同庁の拡大審判部の決定の公告前に，何人かが善意で，ある発明をフィンランドにおいて業として実施し始め又はその目的で真摯な準備をした場合は，その者は，特許の存在にも拘らず，実施の一般的性質を保つ限り，その実施を継続することができる。 - 特許庁 - Any person who in good faith has begun to exploit an invention commercially in this country after expiration of the time limit for reinstating a dismissed application or after a rejection has become final or a patent has lapsed, but before such announcement is made, may nevertheless continue to exploit the invention provided he maintains the general nature of the exploitation.
却下された出願の回復期限の到来後，又は出願拒絶が確定し若しくは特許が失効した後に，ただし当該その旨の公告がされる前に，フィンランドにおいて当該発明の商業的な実施を善意で開始した者は，その実施の全体的内容を維持する限り，当該発明の実施を継続することができる。 - 特許庁 - In the case specified in subsection (2) of this section, a court may, at the request of the defendant, order that the possessor of a product or an object may continue the use of the product or object for a fair fee payable to the owner of the utility model during the entire or a part of the remaining time of the period of validity of the registration.
(2)に記載した場合において被告から請求があったときは，裁判所は，製品又は物品の所有者が実用新案所有者に正当な費用を支払った上で，登録の残存有効期間の全部又は一部において，その製品又は物品の使用を継続することができる旨の命令を出すことができる。 - 特許庁 - If anyone at the time of the entry into force of this Act uses a design in this country in a manner that according to the provisions of law in force at the time of the entry into force of this Act does not require the consent of the design right owner, he or she may continue the use of the design, even if the consent is required under this Act.
本法施行時に何人かが本法施行時に効力を有していた法規定では意匠権所有者の同意を必要としなかった方法によりフィンランドにおいて意匠を使用する場合は，当該同意が本法に基づいて必要とされるときであっても，その者は当該意匠の使用を継続することができる。 - 特許庁 - Subsection (1) does not apply where the representation is made in respect of a product after the patent for that product or, as the case may be, the process in question has expired or been revoked and before the end of a period which is reasonably sufficient to enable the accused to take steps to ensure that the representation is not made (or does not continue to be made).
(1)は，問題の製品，又は場合により，方法の特許が満了し又は取り消された後であって，被告が当該表示をしないこと(又は表示を継続しないこと)を保証するための対策を講じることを可能にするのに合理的に十分な期間の終了前に，製品に関して当該表示がされている場合は，適用されない。 - 特許庁 - The party who is deprived of the patent shall, if he has started to exploit the invention commercially in this country in good faith or if he has made substantial preparations for such exploitation, be entitled, against reasonable compensation and on reasonable conditions in other respects, to continue the exploitation or to start the prepared exploitation whilst retaining its general character.
特許を剥奪された当事者は，ノルウェーにおいて善意で当該発明を商業的に実施し始めているか又はそのような実施の実質的な準備をしていた場合は，適切な補償と引き換えに，かつ，その他の適切な条件の下に，実施の全体的内容を保持して実施を継続し又は準備した実施を開始する権原を有する。 - 特許庁 - Where anyone, after final refusal of the application, expiration of the time limit for the resumption of the shelved application or after the lapse of the patent, but before the publication in accordance with the first paragraph has been made, has started to exploit the invention commercially in this country in good faith, he may, notwithstanding the patent, continue the exploitation whilst retaining its general character.
出願の最終的拒絶，棚上された出願の手続再開の期限の到来又は特許の失効後で第1段落による公告の前にノルウェーにおいて善意で商業的に当該発明の実施を開始した者は，特許の存在に拘らず，その実施の全体的内容を維持してこれを引き続き実施することができる。 - 特許庁 - Article 226 (1) The court, when inheritance has commenced with regard to a debtor after a petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings is filed and before an order of commencement of bankruptcy proceedings is made, upon the petition of an inheritance obligee, donee, heir, administrator of the inherited property or executor, may make an order to continue the bankruptcy proceedings against said inherited property.
第二百二十六条 裁判所は、破産手続開始の申立て後破産手続開始の決定前に債務者について相続が開始したときは、相続債権者、受遺者、相続人、相続財産の管理人又は遺言執行者の申立てにより、当該相続財産についてその破産手続を続行する旨の決定をすることができる。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - Article 346 (1) Where there are no Officers in office, or where there is a vacancy which results in a shortfall in the number of Officers prescribed in this Act or articles of incorporation, an Officer who retired from office due to expiration of his/her term of office or resignation shall continue to have the rights and obligations of an Officer until a newly elected officer (including a person who is to temporarily perform the duties of an Officer under the following paragraph) assumes his/her office.
第三百四十六条 役員が欠けた場合又はこの法律若しくは定款で定めた役員の員数が欠けた場合には、任期の満了又は辞任により退任した役員は、新たに選任された役員（次項の一時役員の職務を行うべき者を含む。）が就任するまで、なお役員としての権利義務を有する。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム - (2) In the event that an application is filed pursuant to the provision of the preceding paragraph, if the Agency finds the designated disease pertaining to the said application will continue also thereafter, the Agency shall renew the certification to which the said certification pertains. In such case, the renewed certification shall be effective retroactive to the day following the expiration date of the valid period prescribed in the same paragraph.
