Article 33 (1) In cases where tatami mats, fixtures, or other interior decorations added with the agreement of the building lessor exist, when the building lease has been terminated either by reason of the expiration of the period or by the request for termination, the building lessee may request of the building lessor that he/she purchase said interior decorations and fixtures at the prevailing market price.
