(3) A certificate contains the following: 1) the name of the country - the Republic of Estonia; 2) the coat of arms of the country - small national coat of arms of Estonia; 3) the number of the letters patent; 4) the text “The patent is issued on the basis of § 5 of the Patents Act which entered into force 23 May 1994. A patent shall be valid for twenty years as of the filing date of the patent application. A state fee shall be paid each year for the continued validity of the patent.
