Cassandra Castro Holland is a Puerto Rican beauty pageant titleholder. Holland represented Fajardo at the Miss Puerto Rico Universe 2004 pageant, where she placed 3rd runner-up. Holland later became Miss World Puerto Rico 2004. She placed as one of the top 10 finalists in the Top Model fast-track competition at Miss World 2004, but failed to place as a finalist during the final night. Holland represented Puerto Rico at the Miss Tourism Queen International 2008 pageant, where she placed as a finalist and finished in 6th place overall while obtaining the title of Continental Queen of the Americas.
