Goyat is a gotra of Jats found in Hisar, Jind District of Haryana, India. ,Karnal,Yamunanagar, Haryana, India. tonk in rajashtan and some parts in UP Jind District of Haryana, India.people of Goyat gotrawho migrated from Kapro village in Hisar distt. to Karnal they call themselves Budhrayan.....other variants of Budhrayan are Badhran,Badrain,Budhrain,Badrahan.It is not that they are not Goyats anymore,they still use Goyat as well as their gotra.For Budhrayans,Goyat is like their second name
