KitFox Vineyards is a California winery located within the Salado Creek AVA specializing in Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Viognier. KitFox is one of 3 grape growers in the Salado Creek AVA with 44 acres (180,000 m²) and the only vineyard in the area to produce its own product. KitFox Vineyards uses the wine production Facilities of McComack-Williams in Acampo, California. Mike Loykasek, KitFox Vineyard's winemaker specializes in blending and has produced the Foxy wine project with grapes such as, Chenin Blanc, Refosco, Orange Muscat, Viognier, Petite Sirah and Verdelhoto name a few.
