Reference synchronized pulses

By measuring the period of these synchronizing pulses by a reference clock from a reference clock generating source 21 inside each servo driver, using this measurement result and correcting the internal period of the servo driver, the internal period of the servo driver is synchronized with the synchronizing pulses.

The imaging apparatus images at an imaging timing based on a reference pulse PA by making a work pulse PW, which is output in a interval synchronized with a shape part (W1) of a rotating work W, as a trigger, and images at a imaging timing based on the reference pulse PA every time when the reference pulse PA is output from this imaging timing by a pulse number NP between work pulses PW.
