State Representative Robert D. "Robbie" Wills, Jr. (b.May 27, 1968, Conway, Arkansas) is an American politician and attorney residing in Conway, Arkansas. He is currently the Speaker of the House of the Arkansas House of Representatives and the State Representative representing House District 46, consisting of the western half of the City of Conway and a section of rural Western Faulkner County, Arkansas. Wills was sworn in as Speaker of the House of the 87th General Assembly on January 12, 2009. Wills has been named to the Arkansas Business Power List and the Arkansas Business 40 Under 40. Wills is a Democrat. Wills was first elected in 2004 and was reelected without opposition in 2006 and 2008.
